How do I?
Select the Create Account option on the top menu. Click on Select for a Free Public Account. Follow directions on the screen.
To get a patient record you must first have or create an account. Login or create a free account. Select Transport Records from the top menu. Follow the directions on the screen.
Most of the pages and features on this site are for SBEMS Employees. Some pages are open information and contact forms. Other pages require at a minimum of a free public account. If you have a question about your use of this site, please use the “Contact Us” link on the top menu and submit your question.
Employment
Click on “Job Opportunities” on the top menu. Complete the form and attach a resume and or the employment application you can access from the menu item under Job Opportunities.
Select “Job Opportunities” on the top menu bar. You must be 18 years old to apply for membership as a volunteer EMT or First responder. Complete the form and submit with an attached resume.
EMPLOYEES ONLY… Select Employees Forms and Links under the Employee Portal on the top menu. In the Forms column, select “Request for SBEMS ID Card”. You must be an SBEMS Employee to access the page.

Donations
SBEMS is a 501 (c) 3 organization which can accept donations that are tax deductible. Many companies and individuals choose to make monetary donations which helps us provide Emergency Medical Services to the residents and visitors in our area. We can also accept equipment and supplies with prior approval. To make a monetary donation, click on the Orange “Donate” button on the right side or lower part of this page.
